L ACINUS, BACA = 'berry, Beere'; BACINIA, etc. = VACCINIA 'whortleberry, Heidelbeeren' (cf. →horte); CORYMBUS = 'raceme of certain plants, Fruchtbüschel gewisser Pflanzen'; MORUM = 'mulberry, bramble, Maul­beere, Brombeere'; RACEMUS = 'grape, Weintraube'. For the occurrences CORINBUS berian (Laud 311) and VACINIA berie (Laud 1498) Pollington (2000,133) suggests 'grape hyacinth' or 'juniper' as possible meanings and erroneously refers to Bierbaumer (1979, s.v. berie).
