This identification is more probable for the LA because clāte and →hege-clīfe occur in the same recipe (101/25-102/5), and in 112/25 and 150/3 the use of the root is prescribed. Grattan/Singer translate 'clote'[1] and once, in 150/3 'burdock'[2].
