    Probably R. obtusifolius L., bitter dock, Gewöhnlicher Sumpfblättriger Ampfer, or similar species, which are not distinguished in the vernacular. RADINAPE, etc. seems do be a corrupted Gk. RHODODAPHNE, Nerium oleander L., oleander, Oleander (cf. André, s.v.)[1] but in various occurrences it is synonym with names for Rumex L.; cf. svv. →ampre, →docce; also cf. CGL 3,547,45: LAPACIO RODENAPE.

    Etymology: Pheifer (1974,606) notes Lehmann's explanation of the plant name as *lēa(h)-loþre 'meadow burr, Wiesenklette'[2] and compares not only "MHG. lodw(u)rz 'comfrey'" but also Erf 378 gilodusrt (= →gelod-wyrt), which does not apply here.
