    BOTRUS = 'Traube'; according to Stryker the gloss could belong to Is. 17,5,14 "BOTRUS. RACEMUS EST BOTRYONIS PARS"; hos could refer to RACEMUS which in HlOl C 1803 is a synonym of wīngeardhring, 'vine-tendril' (cf. Meritt 1954,119). L PAMPINUS = ' young shoot of the vine, der frische Trieb des Wein-Stocks'; RAMNOS (cf. s.v. →þēfan-þorn) has been confused with RAMOS.
