Probably not a plant name. According to Cockayne (1962,III,321) and Grattan / Singer (1951,108, note 9) probably Glebionis segetum (L.) Fourr, corn marigold, Saat Wucherblume. But Schlutter (1907,123f., and 1909,515), who bases his identification on the Prudentius gloss PEREGRINO PULUERE, I.MUSCO.MUSCUS EST MUS PEREGRINUS ƀ is disme (Napier, OEG, 46,3), translates 'musk, Moschus, Bisam'. As Napier notes (4-6,3) the context would favour a plant-name, so possible identifications could be the native Adoxa moschatellina L., moschatel, Moschuskraut, MLG desemkrūt (zu OS desamo 'muscus', cf. Marzell 2000,1,123); or the foreign Amberboa moschata (L.) DC, sweet sultan, Duftende Bisampflanze, West Prussian 'Desem' (cf. Marzell 2000,1,888.); or the native Malva moschata L., musk mallow, Moschus-Malve, Swed. 'desmeros(or), desmablomma' (cf. Marzell 2000,III,31.).

Also cf. Schlutter (1910,94): "Die durch den Lambeth Psalter gewährleistete form disma (dysma) wird als lateinisch bezeugt durch die Sinonyma Barth, p.13: DISMA EST SPECIES ASMATIS SED DISMA FIT EX SICCITATE, ASMA EX HUMIDITATE." But we have to question if this occurrence is related because it deals with asthma: cf. Dief., s.v.: ASTHMA, ASMA: EST DIFFICULTAS SPIRANDI.
