    Cf. ClHS, s.v., and cf. Waldorf (1953,s.v.): "Stryker [...] has shown that the lemma FARCILLAE [...] comes from Is. Etym. 20,14,11, where the meaning is 'grain fork', and hence berigeblæ is equivalent to beregafle 'grain fork'".
