Not a botanical term: I have added this lemma because both occurrences are recorded between plant names and because Lindheim (cf. his note on Dur 245) explains sealfa as a form of the plant name →saluie (Salvia officinalis L.; sage; Salbei). We have not added any other occurrences (e.g. Ep 635: MALAGNA salb, Erf 635: MALAGMA salb); L MALAGMA = 'emollient compres, erweichender Umschlag'.
