    Gender is not clear: cf. LA arodes woses (gsg.).

    The medical context supports our identification beacuse in the LB arod is a supplement for lybcorn in an emetic drink. Cockayne (1961,II,369), and Grattan / Singer (1952,99) simply translate 'arum'.
